Terms & Conditions – Vehicle Rental

1. Authentic Documents

   I confirm that all identification and driving documents I have uploaded are genuine, accurate, valid, and belong to me. I understand that providing false, altered, or fraudulent documents is strictly prohibited.

2. Valid Driving Licence

   I confirm that I hold a valid, NTSA-verified driving licence appropriate for the vehicle I intend to rent. I understand that Shilaabo Tour and Car Hire may verify my documents before releasing the vehicle.

3. Responsibility for the Vehicle

   I accept responsibility for the vehicle throughout my rental period. I will take reasonable care of the vehicle and will be responsible for any new physical damage, loss, or damage caused through my actions, negligence, misuse, or failure to operate the vehicle responsibly.

4. Road Safety

   I agree to drive responsibly and safely at all times. I will take reasonable care of my own safety, the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other road users.

5. Compliance with the Law

   I agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Kenya relating to driving, road safety, vehicle use, identification, and driving documentation.

6. Safe and Responsible Use

   I will not use the vehicle for any unlawful, dangerous, or unauthorized purpose and will follow all applicable traffic rules and regulations during the rental period.
